Carrie Wheeler ~ President, Editor in Chief
Beginning a career in the fashion industry at the age of 16, Carrie has been an accomplished model, make-up artist, International Agency Director as well as the Executive Director of the Canadian Model & Talent Convention in Toronto. After producing successful theatre (BOYS LIFE, THE PILLOWMAN) and creating lifestyle series (BEHIND THE SEAMS, ECO CHIC TV), her first feature film, THE FOURSOME, a golf comedy starring Kevin Dillon, was distributed through Universal in 2006. She is currently at the helm of Carrie Wheeler Entertainment Group Inc., a diversified management / production company specializing in initiating, developing and managing the careers of models, actors, writers and directors as well as producing commercially viable yet thought provoking film, television and multi-platform/multi-media projects, including her brainchild, ECO CHIC INTERNATIONAL. Carrie devotes efforts toward several charities dealing with the environment, women’s issues and animal advocacy.

Laurie McLay ~ Vice President, Executive Producer
Laurie McLay has been working in the Film and Television industry since 1988 on a multitude of projects including Feature Films, TV Series, Movies of the Week, Animation, Music Videos and Commercials for the likes of HBO, Showtime, Viacom and MTV. In 1998, she formed her own production company, SISTAR FILMS, allowing her to originate her own projects as well as freelance for local and foreign companies in Vancouver, Toronto, New York, LA and Europe. Her first project in 2002 with Vancouver based Bear Studios led to a succession of producing projects including THE PENCIL CASE, a short film that screened at the Whistler Film Festival in 2004. In 2005, Laurie produced LOCAL FLAVOR WITH JOAN CUSACK for the Discovery Travel Channel. Laurie is currently located in Vancouver working on Feature Films, TV Series and Commercials as well as the Multi-Media project, ECO CHIC INTERNATIONAL.

Sadie Kime ~ Segment Producer, Fun Expert
Environmentalist, outdoor adventurist, model and actor Sadie Kime is the Host and Segment Producer of ECO CHIC TV. A professional tennis player, snowboard instructor and zip-line guide, Sadie is more than qualified as our "Fun Expert". Sadie's professional resume includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia and is a graduate of the Radio Drama program from CBC.

Chef Jonathan Chovancek ~ Food Expert
Deemed the “Rock Star Chef”, Chef Jonathan Chovancek has gained his considerable experience and expertise in some of Canada’s best award-winning restaurants. Focusing on wild food, he is a keen proponent of the local Slow Food movement and an advocate of sustainable agriculture and handcrafted food. Currently the Chef de Cuisine at Culinary Capers Catering, Jonathan was also the Canadian representative at the Olympics in both Turin, Italy and Beijing, China.

Kyle Johnstone ~ Fashion Expert
Having appeared on international runways, in fashion editorials and designer campaigns, Vancouver's own "Captain Handsome", Kyle Johnstone, is also a regular guest host on The Afternoon Buzz on AM1410. With British Columbia Institute of Technology Broadcast & Media Communications as well as a major in both English and Art History at Capilano College, Kyle is not just another pretty face.

Dr. Melissa Carr, Dr. TCM, R.Ac., B.Sc. ~ Health & Wellness Expert
Dr. Melissa Carr is a registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She began her career in health with a Bachelors degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph in Ontario. After two years in Japan, one of which was spent doing research at Ehime Medical University, she returned to Canada to complete the 4-year training for Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the International College of TCM in Vancouver. As part of the program, she interned at two hospitals in China: Acupuncture Hospital in Hefei, Anhui province and Jiang Yin TCM Hospital in Jiangyin, Jiangsu province. During her schooling in Vancouver she worked as a nutritional consultant where she advised people on the use of western herbs and supplements. She also taught nutrition at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. In addition to running her clinic, Dr. Carr also acts as a natural health and nutrition consultant for: Macdonald's Prescriptions #3 Pharmacy, Westcoast Women's Clinic for Midlife Health, Skill Sets Athlete Development Services, Alive Magazine (Advisory Board) & Naturally Savvy (columnist).

Lori Rowe ~ Director of Sales & Marketing
Lori Rowe is known for her creative ideas and out of the box thinking. Her superior cross marketing concepts, special events and management experience not to mention her strong media relations have proven very successful for many companies and organizations. Lori also believes in giving back ~ she is a co-founder of the Celebration of Hope Foundation which places libraries in facilities experiencing challenges through her fundraising efforts and the generous donations of companies such as Manulife and Face the World Foundation. Lori is currently running her own company, Manhattan Marketing Group Inc.
Jaman Lloyd ~ Director

Jaman Lloyd is a Canadian Director & Screenwriter, winning Best Picture at the M.A.D. Film FEstival for writing and directing CLEANING UP THE DEAD. Hi credits also include writing & directing THE CRITIC for the Crazy 8's Film Festival, adapting the novel JOSIE & JACK and being commissioned by Warner Brothers/Thunder Road to write a series based on one of their DC Comics. Most recently, Jaman directed the first season of ECO CHIC TV and is currently developing several feature screenplays, a television series, and dramatic radio scripts.
Alex Greenberg ~ Graphic Designer, Web Content


Alex has worked in CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) for almost 10 years specializing in modeling, texturing, and lighting. He's a master at making the unreal look real. After graduating with Honors from teh Art Institute of Vancouver, he worked on many television commercials, a children't television series and various music videos. Alex also runs the entire post production facility at Bear Studios as Creative Director in animation, graphic design and web design.
